"I took my girlfriend down here to take a tour of the facility and surprise her with the Suite stay. We were the first guests to stay in the suites and I can say that they are top notch. There's something pretty special about being able to look out your window and see lions, then look out your front door and see tigers. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special and memorable. I also proposed to her while we were at the rescue. They were in constant communication and ensured everything went as planned. If you want to take a once-in-a-lifetime trip, you will not be disappointed staying here and supporting the rescue."

"We have been following CARE on social media for a while and were very excited to spend our anniversary surrounded by the animals we have come to love. Heidi and the CARE volunteers went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Everything we requested prior to our arrival (flowers, cake, champagne) was executed to perfection. From the moment we were greeted and shown to our beautiful room, we felt at home. The rooms were very clean and offered a large variety of amenities. When you arrive at CARE, you immediately feel the love surrounding the animals. We loved our stay so much, that we ended up extending it by another day. I cannot think of a better way to have spent our anniversary, and can't recommend it enough. The whole experience is well worth the money, and we will defintely be back. I got a little ping in my heart this morning knowing I wouldn't get to see Boomer and Slade outside my door. I had trouble describing to my friends the size of Chompers. I still can't figure out how a beast as big as Noel crosses her enclosure in an instant without a sound. A trip that has really left me SPEECHLESS. Amazing Stay in the Safari Suite

"I stumbled onto this place in early 2019 and thought it would be neat to surprise my husband with something different for our anniversary. It was amazing from the very moment we arrived! There are just no words to describe how CARE made us feel!! The animals are so beautiful and amazing!! You could never have such an up close and personal experience in any other place. All the animals have their own little personality and when they look at you it is a feeling like no other. We will always follow Heidi and CARE and continue to visit and support this wonderful cause!!! It was worth every penny spent!! The suites are just beautiful and the view is crazy wild....literally!! Nothing like waking up in the night to the sound of the lions roaring!!! Again just no words to describe this experience!!"

Unforgettable

The booking process with Heidi was super easy, thank you for that. Once on site, she and the staff went all out to provide excellent service. The suite was very clean and had everything we needed. Dinner & breakfast on the balcony was perfect. Brought our own beer/wine and ordered the steaks - really good. Staff were knowledgeable about the cats and willing to share their experiences at CARE - they truly put CARE in the name. They give you space but also aim to get you closely involved in activities with the cats. The animals are so special, gave me a new appreciation for them as well as other animals in general. We were amazed at how big and powerful they are when right in front of you. And we especially enjoyed feeding them and the lemurs through the fence. Thank you Heidi and staff for an unforgettable experience, we loved it.
